Person Ineligible to broadcast

Hi! @punker barbie account name is babyvsdick.
So I started up a chaturbate account a few days ago. My ID was quickly accepted and I began streaming, and was doing quite well. I have noticed that underneath my approved ID it says ‘This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support’.
I streamed with a partner who submitted an ID but I didn't see it wasn't accepted yet and then the account was suspended. Does anyone know how I can get eligible again? my partner is now eligible but now I am not.
Please can anyone help?

Hi. I'm not saying that your username has anything to do with the suspension. But you may want to consider changing your CB name to something over than 'babyvsdick'. In my opinion, it's not a good look to have the word 'baby' alongside the word 'dick' (in the same username) on a sex site. It could give off a creepy pedo vibe unintentionally, and I'm sure you don't want that. If a small penis humiliation-type username is what you're going for, then calling yourself something like 'LilDick/SmallDick/MiniDick/LilPecker/TicTacDick/ShrimpDick' would be more acceptable than 'babyvsdick'.
