This is not a recent thing but I just wanted to point out that the Chaturbate App Directory is still quite a hostile place to exist in at the moment, especially for developers.
My app Pixel Companions just got review bombed from 4.2 stars after building up a positive reputation with Models for over a year down to 3.1 in the space of a month all from anonymous 1 stars reviews. Nothing has changed so that shouldn't have happened and the Models I do know who run the app aren't having problems with it.
I have been vocal about problems with the directory and problems with the behaviour and practices of individual developers especially this past month but it still came as a surprise to me for some reason.
I've been talking about this for a while but you should not trust reviews on the Chaturbate App Directory. I made a larger article about this: https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/issues-with-chaturbate-app-directory.54743/ explaining why the design of the directory actually rewards developers who vote others down to promote their own apps. Votes don't require a message and only require an age verified account. If you're main goal is making sure your app is on the front page every time and u don't give a shit about the ethics of it you'll have multiple accounts with Chaturbate.
There are improvements in the works for this so hopefully they will be coming soon. The bigger issue is the safety of the app directory but I just wanted to point this out because if u see a 5 star app with multiple reviews it's an instant red flag.
