I've been more or less active for a few months now and am really taking off, but I made a huge mistake. My partner has been a moderator in my streams from the very beginning and supports me wherever he can. For the past three weeks, we've also been doing a partner stream every week, sometimes with almost 3,000 viewers, but he made a mistake during the last stream (Sunday). He's always been verified on my account in case he accidentally walks through the feed. Then he created a new account because we wanted to stream twice. He forgot to re-verify on my account, but we only noticed after the stream. So, my account has been suspended since yesterday afternoon. We know we made a mistake because we forgot to re-verify it—but it was already verified. I contacted support directly yesterday, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply yet. What does "suspended" mean? I can't stream right now, but I can access everything else in my profile. Is there any hope? I'm really hoping you, @punker barbie, might be able to help
