Please help! Chaturbate support does not respond for three weeks. The account is banned, the reasons are unknown to me, I always follow the rules.

Thank you for your answer, it's important for me! But unfortunately, I did not receive letters with such a number from CB support. Maybe it was some kind of technical failure? Please tell me, can I ask CB support to duplicate their response or do I need to make a new request to CB support? Thank you again for your help.

I'm sorry, but this is probably not my letter, or rather the letter is not related to my account. My account was banned at the end of April 2025. I sent a letter in support of CB on April 27, 2025. My nickname on the website is "iamallyours". I would not like to specify the full E-mail to which the account is tied in the public domain (he.....a@gmail.com). If you have the opportunity, please check my account information again. Thank you

Hello @punker barbie . Sorry for my persistence, but you write that the reply to my messages was received on June 13, 2024, but the problem with my account arose in April 2025. And my account was blocked only in April 2025. And I sent a message in support of CB on April 27, 2025. I have been working on this account for many years and it was not blocked.
