I have an account - estoyvivo - that i recently created, and when i added tokens (I meant to only add tokens,, but misclicked supporter membership), it was instantly banned. I have not received any reply from cb support, and they have subsequently collected the second month's supporter fee from my credit card, but I am unable to cancel the supporter membership because I can't access my profile (and I can't make contact with anyone to ask about this). I would like to know why the account was banned (I believe was an error), and also would like to cancel the supporter membership (especially while I can't access the account). I recently became aware of this forum, and how others were helped. Would someone be able to kindly assist me? Thanks!
