I need to recover my account because it was blocked. A few years ago, a friend used my passport without permission and created a Chaturbate account. Later, I tried to create a work account, but it says it's blocked. I contacted Chaturbate, but they just keep telling me I was blocked for violence or something like that. However, another friend told me it's possibly because he used my passport and impersonated me. He said he tried to create an account with a new passport and ID, but it wouldn't let him. I don't know what to do; I need help.
