PM Manager?

I had a fun first shift on MFC. I forgot how chill it is, it didn't even feel like work.

But just like last time the options and settings are overwhelming me.

I know this is likely really basic, and probably stupid of me... but I casn't find a) The PM manager, to change to friends only, or b) where to set the autorecord to record my live shows.

Please and thank you so much if anyone has time to answer these queries.
I'm SO happy I rejoined. It felt like I was on for 15 mins, when in reality I streamed 2 hours. It never feels like that elsewheres! And I had a super fun time!!

Also I added Charlesbot, I'm just not sure what he's doing lol. He's sitting there and he never says anything.

I'll go try and read up on him. I don't think I ever saw him do anything though. I guess he's a bit of a dark horse.

you need to go to your share page and go to settings:



then scroll down to this section and set it this way:



then it will auto save all those recordings, but WILL NOT publish them until you manually go to the RECORDINGS section of share and publish them the way you want (it'll ask if you want it hidden, downloadable, for tokens, etc.)

Thanks Amber you are GREAT!! I was a bit mentally overwhelmed by the interface, and kept getting lost and confused. So helpful!

Do you or anyone else know, if I request early payment, but then make more money later that shift, will it send out the balance I had when I requested it, or all of it?

I'm not sure if I have to cancel and re-request (now the balance is higher) or if it will automatically send it all.

Sorry that I can't answer your last question, but I just wanted to say that I'm so happy you're having fun on MFC! Starting on a new camsite (or even rejoining!) can be so intimidating, which makes it all the more sweeter when you have a good time. I hope you flourish!

Yeah, the only way I'm able to cam on there without constantly getting kicked off stream is using OBS. I can't seem to use the regular web broadcaster on there anymore without constantly getting kicked off. And that's even after upgrading my internet. So if OBS ever starts going screwy on me, then I'm fucked.

Thanks I will try that too then. I get constantly kicked off too, and it's definitely not my internet. I have not been using obs though. I appreciate the heads up.

I've only been on busy nights, so I wasn't sure if it would still do it to me during quieter times or not, but it sounds like it probably will.

Using OBS on MFC is key. It lets ya use mfcalerts(.com) and fully integrate charlesbot features. The sooner you get on it the better!

When I was still trying to use the regular model web broadcaster on MFC - instead of OBS - and kept getting disconnected, I'd e-mailed MFC Model Support a few times about it, and they really were great in trying to help me. Props to them for that. After all of that, I had to just give up on the web broadcaster, and face the fact that if I want to continue camming on there I'd have to get used to using OBS from now on. I'm sure you'll have moments when OBS is being screwy too, but I think things will be a lot better for you with OBS than they are now with the web broadcaster disconnections. That new OBS update (27.2.1) was giving me problems, and someone on this forum had told me that OBS have some problems with Nvidia cards on new versions...and to try an older version. So I went back to the previous OBS version (27.2.0), and everything was back to normal for me.

Another good thing about OBS is that it usually does a good job of letting me know if my stream is fucking up or not. If that green box is suddenly turning yellow or red (I think red is the worst?), I know something's up. Also, I'm always using OBS to record my stream. When I stop the recording to go watch it, I can see for myself how it looks and sounds. So those OBS features really come in handy when you have a member in your room trying to blame you when he's having issues. Lol.

Stripchat is another site with a lot of people online. Often times I'll see that there are 6,000+ models online.

If you request early payment and then get back on and make more, it will keep adding it to your early payment until they send it out. Usually a few days. I check Account Information every time I am on because I always do early payment.

Alsoooo for recording public shows, I think you have to be in a certain ranking, like top 1000s. Not totally sure. But the option will be on Share under Recordings. If you use OBS of course you can record from there. I'm not sure how it affects stream quality though...

I dropped below 2000 on share (definitely not on MFC) lastnight. When they start recording will they just show up under the share tab where it says "recordings"? Will iit automatically release them for sale at that point too?

You might need to manually tell it to record them, hopefully the option just appears there once you qualify.

They won't automatically release them, you'll need to "publish" the ones you want to sell or post, you adjust the settings then (whether it's tokens, free, hidden, etc).

Ok thanks. I’ll look around and get ideas on pricing to see what’s fair, or market rate or whatever . I haven’t really had time or felt comfy lurking other models on there so I’m totally doing what I feel like instead of checking what going rates are . Which may or may not be the best idea. At least I’m having fun though . Thanks for your help you’ve been amazing! I appreciate it a ton.

Sorry to be so annoying with a million questions. Is there a time lag between when they show up, if so, roughly how long? I have the settings all correct, and just finished a group show but no recording is there. Is it like a 24 hour thing? TiA. Sorry to be such a pest w the questions.

My hope is that other new models might see this thread and find it useful too.
