I have read through this thread of your response that the temporary suspend account will be lifted automatically after 7 days as stated in our Stripchat model page during the account suspend for instant mine is on 20 August 2025 until.
Thanks for your support and effort being represents StripChat here to have a direct support herein to all the fellow (models).
However, we as model, throught the model rules are cleared on what is prohibited. However, there are areas we like to seek for your clarification to ensure that we (model) are fully compliance to model rules in due course at all times.
As such, please help us (mode) to clarify rather this would trigger any red flags and what shall we do when such events happened during our streaming.
Scenarios and Question
1. Viewer asked/request to PM, once we PMed them, they provides phone numbers to connect elsewhere offsite or any reason. What shall we do? ignore the user? if they report complaint us on this, will we (model) in trouble?
2. Zero token contributes, but demanding us to do sexual act such as stripping off etc, while we ignored them, they mentioned "Im sure will reports you" do we (model) need to worry or we need to report them to Stripchat Support team?
2. We understood there are no personal social media is allowed, such as Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp or Telegram and so on. What about X? (twitter) we have a window box to put in the page link in one of the section in our model backend page, so it is allowed to put our X on our homepage site? Please clarify. we are abit of confusing on this part to seek your advise on this part.
3. Music playing during streaming, it is allowed? or TV running behind in soft sounds, something during slow season on streaming, we/some (model) who will play some TV to entertain outselves until some viewer come into picture for request by them, there we turn off the TV sound or music playing.
If its allowed, music playing from Apple Music, Spotify or any audio streaming music services feasible?
4. Some viewer demanded us to do any sexual act such as peeing, pinching ourself such as nipples or any part of our bodies, but they PAID tokens to us example they plegded us 300 tokens to do it. BUT we (model) refused to do such act, what shall we do? if they report that we dont do what they wanted us to do after they sent tokens as per scenario aboves.
We (model) hope that you could enlighten us for this specific scenario or any grey area that the model menu has not specific in such area. We deeply appreciates that you could help us on this. We strive to work with Stripchat in full compliances at all times.
