PVT show bug? Couldn't end show till tkn ran out!

So this happened last night when I tried to end the show (cause I was done), and the "end show" button didn't work (I tried several times)l, so the show lasted until my tkn ran out. Fortunatelly a rather low amount, but still it gives me a bit of panic to go for a pvt again, now that I refilled tkn.
Could I have asked the model to end the show instead? I was so panicking when it didn't work, that I didn't even consider this option.

Oh, and there was no time minimum set at all.

Just wondering if that had ever happened to anyone else before.

Using chrome on my PC, and never ever had that happen to me in maybe 50 (?) PVTs

I've never seen that happen before.
The model does have the ability to end it.
I would also think that closing your browser window would work but I haven't tried that.

Nah, closing the browser does nothing, you have to press the "end show" button. I once did that accidentally.

I assume cutting your internet connection, even if it was only for 30 seconds, would have ended the show.

That does sound unusual and isn’t expected behavior. Please report this to our Support team at help@stripchat.com. Make sure to include the model’s name and the approximate time the private session took place.

Also, just for your awareness going forward: models do have the ability to end private sessions from their side as well.
