Question about CB Chat

Hi.
Im moderate a model room and suddenly she left out them room, don't receive messages, she can't write messages...I'm public or private.
But the broadcast it's working and tips received.
Any idea of what's going on?

In fact, she is not in the room. I was, together with other users. But she's not in the room...maybe and old disconnect/connect would work?

I communicate with her regularly and was in her living room when it happened. I'm not an opportunist. She sent me a message on my WhatsApp asking for help so she wouldn't lose users. And I don't know anything about OSB.

Probably just needs to scroll up and make sure she is logged in is all. You can broadcast while not being in your room.
