Questions about registering!

Hi loves I'm interested in camming but I'm kinda confused on the tax / address part. So I go back and forth between the US and Germany, and I have a SSN and US bank account that I use but my only US address is my parents house and I do NOT want to use that, since they send you tax forms.

Can I use a German address instead to register but still use my US SSN and stuff, or maybe a PO box?

Um. I'm not a tax professional or a lawyer, so feel free to take this with a grain of salt;

I would use the address, and claim the profits from, whatever country has the best tax laws.

On another note, I have not had a single European company *EVER* 1099 me. Canadians do, Europeans don't. I'm not encouraging anything, I'm just saying.......
