Received Account Banned message, looking for some help

Hello everyone,

I've just received a message seeing my account went banned right after getting some tokens. (My CB user is the same as seen on this forum)
Maybe a mistake or something needed to be reviewed?

Seeing that @punker barbie seems to be the right person to reach.
