The model I knight for has a Red stalker. He writes on different accounts changes his name and has threatened bodily harm to her and her family, he has tried to blackmail and report her to her government numerous times ( illegal to cam in Russia) in PM. He always erases the threats ( a feature of Stripchat erasing PM comments) and he is now coming in her room and sending "Someone" anonymous tipnotes harassing comments in the free chat. Although she has blocked him, he has a lot of money so he gets new accounts with ultimate and harasses her from there. What can she do if he tips big she just refuses to stop him until he gets jealous and he is like manic goes off the deep end threatens her and he creates more accounts. Thank You for any help. She does know his real name

I noticed a new feature on Stripchat where a model can block a client in two ways, the second way is to block all of the client's accounts and even if she makes a new one, she won't be able to get into the model's room.

Hello @johnm

Thank you for doing your best to protect the model you knight for. I am sorry to hear that the model is dealing with this. Harassment like this is absolutely not ok and won't be tolerated. Even if the user has deleted the messages, we can still see them. So please tell the model to report this user. She can do so by hovering over his name, and clicking on report (the three vertical dots). She can report from the chat, her viewers list, PMs, or from her earnings page.

I will, Thank You but when they "someone" tip and they are hidden and the only identifiable thing is the "trademark" disparaging things they say have said to her in PM and in freechat before un-hidden, how can i combat that? This person revels in being disparaging in the free chat with "Someone" pseudonym

You sure he's not blue?

(I have no idea what a red stalker is, what does that mean?)
It's a person that gained "red" status for tipping. The point of my post is he are a stalker. He acts with impunity. He changes accounts and probably credit cards with anonymity and harasses at will. I've reported him 20+ times through the report user dropdown in free chat, when he wasn't being "hidden" with ultimate subscription, and he is still there. The model has reported and blocked him and he is still there harassing and threatening. Stella_SC is the 1st person that has responded to any of this. I can't stop the "someone" tipnote 10 token harassment and I have no way to do anything but ask here. So I am asking and I got a bit of advise.

There’s nothing you can do. SC knows who’s behind anonymous tips. Just keep reporting and if there’s a ToS infringement then… they’re toast.
I do report and I will continue to report, but I had to at least ask here. I do report directly to Stripchat and the model reported numerous erased PM death threats to sc and he is still there. He erases the threats, and if they can see erased threats that to me is an infraction of TOS

As @Stella_SC mentioned, they can see all messages even if a member or model deletes them. If that was happening, they’d be on it.

it is happening and it has happened numerous times
I have no reason to play games here. Basically I resent your implication. I'm here looking for help and I'm giving you truth and FACTS so why would I waste time saying any of this?

There is a loophole on Stripchat for harassment. Any ultimate person can tip a dollar and take the chance of being banned for writing a harassing tipnote, veiled as "someone". He wrote 5 harassing tipnotes three days ago in freechat . This is why I am here asking for more help. I can't report it, except now a screenshot and time of day, which I intend to do, but THIS stalker uses multiple accounts at least 9 in the last year and he spends a lot. He is RED twice over, so upwards of 150K, so I guess Stripchat doesn't really mind his erased death threats or dollar tipnote harassment

This sounds like something the model herself should be doing directly to model support. She should have the screenshots, she reports the guy, she talks to support herself.

You being involved may even complicate the process.

I completely understand your frustration – it does seem strange that such an advanced platform like SC cannot stop a single user who is clearly abusing the system. Many banks in the EU (and even outside the EU) have already introduced rules where newly issued credit cards are automatically blocked from being used on cam and gambling sites, precisely because of fraud and misuse of card details. And it’s not just the card itself – if SC can document this person’s identity and behavior to their payment provider, banks can block him based on personal information, not only on a specific card number. That means even if he buys new cards, the problem could still be stopped at the source.

On top of that, SC itself has technical tools such as browser and canvas fingerprinting as well as behavioral analysis. Even if someone uses spoofing, over time they leave a pattern in how they log in, the times they are active, and the way they interact. Such patterns can normally be used to detect and stop abuse.

If it continues despite all this, unfortunately it may suggest that the issue is not the technical side, but rather how much SC prioritizes protecting the models.

Thank you for your feedback @hydra
I completely hear you, and you’re right — it can be really frustrating when it looks like abuse is slipping through. I do want to reassure you though that SC really does prioritize protecting the models, and this wasn’t overlooked. I had a private conversation with the person who first raised the concern, and it was taken care of.

These situations are never ideal, but please know they are taken seriously, and steps are put in place behind the scenes to prevent it from continuing.
