Ticket #19659850 is the original ticket from May 2022 and contains the old permanent-ban response. It is not the new appeal I submitted today.

My current request is for a fresh manual review after more than four years. I submitted a new appeal through the Chaturbate web form today, but the confirmation email only says “Support Request From Web” and does not include a new ticket number.

Could you please help ensure that this new appeal for username _miracle reaches the appropriate team for review?

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I understand that you are not an official Chaturbate representative, but you appear to have considerable experience with similar cases, so I would genuinely appreciate your honest opinion.

My broadcaster account, _miracle, was permanently banned several years ago after I gave a false underage age as a thoughtless joke during a conversation. I was an age-verified adult, no minor was involved, and there was no underage content or roleplay.

I recently submitted a new appeal under ticket #19659850. In it, I acknowledged the seriousness of my mistake, apologized for my previous emotional messages, and asked for a fresh manual review of the original context and my full five-year account history.

Punker Barbie confirmed that Support responded, but I still do not know whether the case received a genuinely new manual review or whether the previous decision was simply repeated.

Based on your experience, is there anything reasonable I can still do, or any better way to ask Support to review the case? I am not trying to bypass the rules. I am only trying to present my request properly after several years have passed.

If you just submitted a request to CB Support team, then you need to allow some time for them to respond.
Realize though, that permanent bans are permanent. Wait and see if your situation will be different.

Realize though, that permanent bans are permanent. Wait and see if your situation will be different.

With Chaturbate, support can be pretty hit or miss, and it's often hard to see any consistent pattern in their decisions. That said, if a suspension involves anything related to someone being under the age of majority, those decisions are usually upheld and rarely overturned.
