I am kindly reaching out for help regarding an issue with my SEPA payment.
According to the information I received by email, the payment for my account sugar_rainbow was initiated on September 24, but it has not yet appeared in my bank account.
I sent an email about this on Saturday, but I have not received any response so far.
It has been more than 7 business days since the payment was sent, so I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the transaction and confirm whether it has been processed correctly.
