We are contacting you from the studio regarding the suspension of one of our models’ accounts (model nickname: KissAndVibe).
The account was blocked recently, and unfortunately we have not received any response yet, despite multiple attempts to contact support directly from the model’s account.
We have discussed the situation with the model in detail. According to her, she did not perform or demonstrate any prohibited or sexual content that would violate the platform’s rules. The only possible issue she can recall is that a pet (a cat or a dog) briefly appeared in the frame during a stream. There was no sexual context, behavior, dialogue, or interaction involving the animal in any way.
We would like to clarify whether the presence of a pet in the frame could be the reason for the suspension, even without any sexual implication. If this was the cause, we would appreciate clear guidance on how such situations should be handled in the future.
