I wanted to ask for a little help please. It turns out that my Chaturbate (aishelyng20) account was permanently banned, and it all started with some tokens I received from certain users. I had no idea that those tokens were fraudulent, and at no point did I have control over the actions of those users.
What worries me most is that, upon realizing the situation, I reported these suspicious users, following the platform's rules. However, despite my good faith and intention to comply with all the rules, my account was suspended.
I want to make it clear that, up to that point, I had made no other mistakes and always strived to comply with the rules and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
I would be incredibly grateful for any help, as this is how I make a living. Thank you very much.

Hi layly39.
The only true help would be directing you to contact support again. There's really no other way, if it's gonna be, it is gonna be through them.

I knew this model whose case was just the same as yours. She received fraudulent tokens, somehow realized it and reported it. Then she was banned. I don't have reason to believe that she was taking part on a fraud, at least knowingly, but I know she usually did 2 things that, after given some thought, may have put her at a vulnerable position. She did at least some token recycling and used to cash her tokens through a friend of hers. It seems to me that at least the latter is somewhat tolerated, don't really know, but a month's worth of tokens changing hands should be noticed. The thing is both things you can't do them alone, and as for the other person or persons, well, you can't know if they're taking part on something shady. And if they ever do, you'll be right there in the middle taking part of it even if you don't know it. So it might have been some guy with stolen tokens targeting her randomly what triggered the ban, but then when support reviewed her activity just decided that looked like if it was too much of a risk and perma banned her. So it might have been not about what really happened but how it looked.

Looking at your previous posts, it seems you've had your tokens frozen before, so you might have had ongoing flags on your account when that happened to you.

Sorry I can't give you more help other than telling you to adjust your expectatives as chances are slim for a permanent ban to be lifted. If support doesn't answer you back you'll have your answer there.

If something similar had happened and I sent an email to support saying what had happened and when they responded they said that when I suspected someone I should report it to support and that's what I did and when I did it they banned me. The truth is that I have no intention of breaking the rules. I make a living from that, it's my only job and right now I'm very desperate about what happened, because seriously, I reported the suspicious user and they still banned me.
