I previously operated through a studio account, but my collaboration with the studio has ended. I did not create or manage that account, I do not have access to the associated email address, and the studio administrator has refused to delete it.
I want to work independently with my own account, documents, and contact information. Please guide me through the correct process so I can start from scratch with a new, fully verified account in my name.
