slow responses

Hello,
Can you tell me if there's a problem with the very slow to no responses from the support department?

There are models with suspended accounts because they failed to upload new documents on time, but even now after their new ID approval they are still in suspended status.

What is happening?

This is normal. Everyone gets banned when they upload a new ID. Emailing them is the only resolution. Email once and wait.
