I have had that error for the past few days too. Here's what fixed it for me: Remove all goals. Save it. Re-add the goals. Save again. Mine appeared correctly after that.

Okay that parts fixed. It’s still showing people I banned. This is like the worst cam day. Online for four hours and two tokens. Wtf

Something from user end, the tabs under a model's video have vanished and it's got "related" and "featured", usually there are 4 tabs - related, recommended, couples, and then one for whatever you used to find that model.
I think in general, the site is buggy the past few days. Hopefully they are adding or fixing things?

I read in SC's TG group that chat and tips were not showing up properly. Some models said they received the tips but it didn't show, some tippers said they were unable to tip. There were constant disconnects too. It lasted about 4 hours but they resolved it about 2 hours ago.
As for the banning issue, I've had that problem too. It's obnoxious. SC knows there is a problem, but they don't seem to know why banned people are not being expelled from the room. You should contact support about that.

Yeah, I experienced that this morning. I would tip, nothing would happen, nothing showed in chat and my token balance didn't go down
After I refreshed the page, I saw my previous tips in the chat but it still took a solid 3 minutes before the lovense detected the tips.

Unfortunately there is a bug in our system where banned user names still appear in model's chatrooms. Our tech team is aware of the issue and is working on resolving it. If it is happening to anyone, it is still helpful to send in an email to help@stripchat.com so that we know that you are also affected by it.

Question. Are we allowed to talk about what’s app on stream at all. I cam hopped tonight watching streams and sitting here listening to a girl talk about having a man send her money thru pay pal and talking on what’s app and using that to schedule privates when she’s offline.just curious cuz idk a thing about what’s app. But I see stuff about telegram in the site. Idk how to do that tho even

Accepting any form of payment other than tokens is a ban-able offense as far as I know so PayPal is not an option. I see many models selling their whatsapp, snapchat, telegram, instagram etc. but I know doing shows off site is against the rules also. Scheduling private shows on the site while offline seems like it would be ok as long as the shows are done and paid for on the site... the site wants their cut ya know

Yeah she was selling what’s app and talking a lot of ways to pay her. There’s no report option for any of that so I never would know how to bring attn to it.

on the right hand side of the chat window on each person's comment in the chat are 3 dots... if you click on those dots you can report any comment made in the chat line by line

Yeah, well this entire comment got taken out of context. They now assumed that I wanted to report the model when in reality I’m bringing it to attention because the customers have no option to report models for certain things that are actually against the rules.

You are allowed to sell messaging platforms such as Snap, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. for tokens, as long as you tell the users that it is for messaging purposes.
Advertising off platform video calls is NOT allowed.
Advertising other payment methods is NOT allowed. Tokens only.
Also, if you wish to report something that you don't see as an option, you can just select whatever is the closest option and then write the reason in the Notes box. Or you can directly email our Support team to report, help@stripchat.com
