Still being charged for my banned account subscription

I've asked you this before and also by email. I am still being charged for my Chaturbate membership, even though I am banned and no longer have access to cancel it. I have requested cancellation before, but the charges continue. The most recent transaction was on September 28, 2025, for $19.95.

I've sent another email yesterday.

It might be better to dispute the charge with the bank if your ban was permanent which sounds like it is.

The problem is that you're permanently banned so they aren't going to respond to you at all. Going to the bank is going to be your only option and it's a simple thing to do for most banks.

Call your credit card issuer and tell them to stop this recurring charge. They will do so. You can dispute the charges for when you were banned as well; honestly it depends on your credit card issuer as to whether you will win (AX you almost always win; V and MC issuers, not so much).

I think billing@chaturbate.com is a working email and may be better than support@chaturbate.com

However, I'll also chime in and say to just dispute the charges with your credit card company.

The billing address worked! They’ve refunded the three $19.95 charges and canceled the subscription. Thanks!
