I'm from Europe and have got the same problem. What does "certification" mean or what am I supposed to write in there?

Bump. I know it may sound silly, but I'm facing the same issue, I really have no idea about what I'm supposed to fill inside the "Certification" field. Maybe the electronic signature or something like that? Thank you.
