Hey my Chaturbate username is Katie_Cutie_TS and I'm suddenly having an issue with tokens
When I go to the convert tokens screen and confirm the conversion, I just get an error saying:
"
Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues."
My account is still functional other than this and i can still stream and receive tokens, I'm just concerned that people might be tipping into the void at this point..
I have submitted a support request, but I have heard that coming here and getting the attention of the lovely @punker barbie is a better solution as I'm in a little bit of a rush.. my rent is due and I have the money tied up in Chaturbate until this is fixed.
