Hi,
I have been trying to create Stripchat account for a long time without a success. I think I’ve tried in 3 different names as well, but everytime it got rejected.
My passport is in my maiden name and my driving license is in my married name. I have been asked to send the marriage certificate to prove the name change but everytime I did what has been asked, I got an email saying that marriage certificate isn’t accepted :-(
Picture attached
Can someone help me before I completely give up? Tia

I'm so sorry your having diffaculties. I understand exactly what your going through. I had one hell of a nightmarish time just attempting to get my husband and I's ID accepted and then to top it all off Cosmo had us reliving our nightmarish hell attempting to load our ID's and documents. That is extremely diffacult to do over any device. I either couldn't get the lighting correct or the ID focused clearly enough. These places don't undersand what they put client's through! It took my husband and I a long time to get everything correct and ID loaded successfully, but when we were finally successful we were so excited. Dont give up. I know how stressful it can be though. If you start to stresss walk away and try again later.

If I was a staff member of any of these online companies I would give the poor client a break lol. I would accept the ID even if it was slightly blurry as long as I can tell what it says. I would also take into consideration the name mismatch for women as long as it was the same photo and acceppt. I think these companies rely too much on AI to do all the work for them and AI is seriously flawed and nothing but trouble. AI can get an innocent person banned, fired or disconnected from their utility service and can pose a security risk! I have had this personal experience.
