First release of fixes & updates
> Project Pulse Patch Notes #1: Improved Streaming, Chat History, Cam2Cam & More
We’re starting with the basics. This is the first of 4 Project Pulse patch releases, and it’s all about fixing the things that were clearly in your way.
During this sprint, we focused on unstable streams, Cam2Cam issues, disappearing chat messages, and some other bugs, including payout errors.
It won’t catch everything, but it should make a few things feel a lot smoother. Check out the full list of fixes below — your most annoying bug might finally be gone. And there’re more streaming fixes on the way.
Streaming: Smoother recovery from connection loss.
Your stream is now more stable and resumes more reliably after connection issues.
Streaming: Fewer cases of hearing yourself while streaming.
That annoying echo during broadcasts should happen less often now.
Mobile: Camera switching works in mobile Cam2Cam.
Mobile Cam2Cam now handles user camera changes without glitches.
Chat: Extended history in Public chat.
The visible message limit has jumped from 30 to 100 messages total.
Other: Correct information on block period.
The block duration shown in your account now matches the actual time frame.
Other: Custom panel order saves correctly.
Changes to the custom panel position in your profile stay in place.
Additional Fixes
Fixed the token balance not updating after the payout rejection
Fixed a Chrome issue where WebRTC didn’t reconnect after short connection drops
Addressed the lack of an error message for starting the stream with a prohibited word
Fixed the “In your room right now” icon appearing in another model’s Top Tippers list
Improved tracking of unexpected stream interruptions to make streaming more stable
Fixed an iOS 18.3–18.5 issue where you couldn't start a stream due to a false “No mic” error
Fixed a Cam2Cam issue where you could see the user’s video but couldn’t hear them
Fixed the false “duplicate activity” error when editing show activities
Fixed an error blocking tip menu changes with prohibited words in multiple presets

New fixes & an update on Streaming

This second Project Pulse patch puts Streaming first, with fixes to Ticket shows and layout bugs. For a status update on our long-term project to improve Streaming, please read the full blog. Toys, Privates, and Chat saw crucial updates, too.
Streaming: Ticket shows no longer accidentally cancel
Ticket shows now start reliably when the countdown ends.
Streaming: No more false prompts to sign agreements
That agreement banner shouldn’t bother you when you start streaming.
Toys: Full Lovense control after show upgrade
Lovense control stays on when viewers upgrade from Private to Exclusive.
Chat: Media attachments work better in paid mass messages
Fewer hiccups when attaching content to paid mass messages.
Additional Fixes
Corrected the broken layout in the player during OBS streams on mobile
Addressed the layout issue with voice messages for bigger fonts
Adjusted margins and removed unnecessary scroll in the Stream Specifics drop-down
Fixed the incorrect indicator color when audio quality is bad
Fixed the issue where recorded voice messages didn’t preview on iOS
Fixed the position of the price tooltip in paid voice messages when the price was missing
Restored the photo display on Private and Cam2Cam preview screens
Fixed Private shows ending without confirmation when a spy was still watching
Resolved the issue where users couldn’t join a Ticket show after tipping
Addressed the incorrect display of the username in Public chat
Addressed the case where users weren’t fully charged for Private/Cam2Cam shows

This third Project Pulse patch focuses on chat experience, show logic, and mobile stream reliability. If you've ever run into messaging bugs, overlapping shows, or stream interruptions on iOS, this update may fix it.
Privates: No more overlapping shows
You can now start only one stream at a time. Group, Ticket, and Private shows won’t accidentally overlap anymore.
New Feature: Ban the user and all new accounts they create
When you block someone, you can now decide if you want to ban just that account or other accounts they might have or create as well.
Streaming & Mobile: Stream stays active when switching tabs
In iOS Safari, your stream no longer ends when you open profiles or other pages in a new tab. You can explore without unintentionally stopping your show.
Additional fixes
Fixed an issue where the ban and unban messages in Private chat didn’t appear after refreshing the page
Fixed a bug where deleted messages still appeared in the chat preview, even after removal
Resolved an issue causing mass messages to appear as read before the user actually opened them
Fixed a bug that blocked scrolling through long messages in the typing area
Addressed an error that prevented users from adding free videos received in chat to their collection
Fixed an iOS bug that incorrectly positioned error tooltips in Payment Settings during form entry
Addressed the WebRTC case where refreshing the page during Cam2Cam broke the stream and blocked you from restarting it
Fixed an issue where valid Amazon Wishlist links were incorrectly rejected in your profile settings

One thing I would like to see fixed relates to Ultimate memberships...
For recurring monthly subscriptions, on the renewal date, ultimate status expires and does not renew for hours or even half a day. So despite having auto-renewing subscription with payment on file, you can be left without your membership for up to 12 hours. No other paid subscriptions do that... netflix, amazon prime, etc... It's a seamless renewal experience with no loss in benefits monthly. SC should aim for that. Renewal date is frustrating and I usually stay off the site that day.
