Im having some trouble with a name change. I've uploaded the id documents and stripchats team has flagged them as modified, which makes no sense looking at the uploads. They are valid canadian identification documents and this was only a name change on my account. I've never had any issues before, i have great ratings, and 'd like to get back to streaming ASAP. Hopefully you can help!
