Hello everyone

I've been a Stripchat user for a long time, and this is the first time I'm experiencing a problem that I want to share with you and ask for your help.

There's a model I've been a knight for a long time, and another model who is deliberately harassing me. She's using our names in her live streams, doing all sorts of disgusting things, cursing, insulting, and harassing us. I've reported this to the Stripchat team many times, but I haven't gotten any results. It's really starting to get frustrating.
The woman is acting completely disregarding the site's rules in her live streams, but she's not getting any punishment.
I recently realized the reason for this: Stripchat protects its models who make money and its users who spend money, ignoring the violations. If another model had done similar things, their account would have been closed by now, but the model I'm talking about doesn't get penalized simply because she makes money for the site. Because she's aware of this, she continues her harassment, reporting the model I'm a knight for and my account, causing us to receive unfair penalties.

Please don't hesitate to share your thoughts on this matter.

I also have one not so good experience with one of the models.

I tried to ask a support to help me, but I was transferred between different support team members. One group of support team members confirmed me that the thing is a violation of rules and told me how to report because, for some reason, they cannot solve the reports (I presume that everyone has his or her duty; that's OK). However, when I reported the issue, the other support team members told me, even after appeal, that there was no rule breaking. I then turned back to the first and said what happened. They repeated to me that it is a violation, but I am a bit tired to procede with this if everything is going to be as futile as it was so far. If someone can help me seriously with this, I would appreciate the help. I can describe more details in PM if PM are available for me on this forum.
