Studio account banned

I need please your asistance, on june 11 my 7 years old studio account was banned, jamesx10x. The models are now as independent but all of them suspended, around 100 models account. they are not able to broadcast
I have sent two emails, support just said that I have violeted CB policies, we made a mistake on the verification process with a model, the problem now is that I have these models without the posibiliti of working because this
We have sent emails from each account asking for the suspension lifting, but support doesnt answer.
I dont know what to do

Support hasnt answered the models emails, so we are just waiting. They dont have anything to do with our mistake. Mistake that we notified immediately to support, well...
