Hello! One of my models violated the rules of the platform and her account has been suspended. I am the studio and unfortunate my studio account has been suspended as well. Didn't get the warning or email about that. Other models are still working under my studio and they have not ever violated any chaturbate rules. However I am not getting the payout. I need to pay salary to my models. The support team didn't answer to my model, that wanted to detach from the studio and get her tokens, neither the support answered me. Though I have uploaded my docs again and they have been reviewed and conformed. The payout delay is very stressful for me and my models. The studio account is oktopus27. Hope to get you help
