Studio Banned on Chaturbate

Hi @punker barbie my studio (bigfeet5) was banned on 11th June 2025. I have had this studio for 18 Months no problem. I tried to buy some tokens and immediately after purchase it got banned.

Are studios not allowed to buy tokens? Can you look into this please? I’m stressing cos there’s a lot of money in the account and no reply from Support. Can this be lifted.
