I am writing to you as the partner and mediator of nico_pelusa. We are currently in a state of deep distress and desperation. Today, Sunday, March 29th, around 10:00 AM, my partner’s account was banned for "in-person sex work."
I want to state with 100% certainty that this is a false positive. A malicious user entered his room and tried to bait him into an in-person encounter. My partner strictly and repeatedly rejected every single proposal, as he is a professional who respects Chaturbate's Terms of Service. We have strong reasons to believe this was a targeted act of sabotage from a former studio owner he left a month ago.
This account is our only source of income. He is a dedicated student who took on significant debt to buy his own equipment and work as an independent model. This ban is not only unfair but devastating for our family’s livelihood.
We have already sent a formal appeal to support (Attn: Shirley), but we know how much your word and your help mean in this community. You are an angel for all of us in the webcam industry. I am begging you, from the bottom of my heart, to help us get a human review of his Chat Logs and session recordings from today. They will prove he did nothing wrong and was actually the victim of harassment.
