I’m writing because I’ve been experiencing serious issues with my account, and I have yet to receive a response from support despite reaching out on the 18th of July
For the past week, my room visibility has dropped drastically. Where I used to have between 300–600 viewers (and sometimes up to 1900), I’m now barely reaching 20–30 viewers per stream. This sudden drop started before I changed my username, so I do not believe it’s related to that change.
I’ve also made sure all my tags, stream quality, and settings are in order, and I haven’t done anything that would violate the terms of service. Yet the visibility issue continues, and it’s severely affecting my income and performance on the site.
This is extremely frustrating as I rely on Chaturbate for my livelihood and feel like I’ve been left without support. I’m kindly asking for a proper investigation and a response regarding what’s happening to my account.
