Support response times

Hi all! Hope everyone is well

Just wondering what average response times are from CB support atm and what everyone’s experience is? I’ve sent out an email to support and haven’t heard anything back from them for a while. If this is normal I’m happy to wait! But otherwise what’s your advice in making sure they get back to you?

a day for a generally inquiry, things involving investigations, identification, bans etc are typically slower

Interesting…my query is quite important and yet it’s been around that long since I sent it. Could it be a regional thing?
