I have been with working with stripchat since 2018 and they had the best support team. But since they started getting model traffic they have become the worst support team ever. They dont reply to sensitive emails and if they do they offer no support.
Kindly reply to every email as we models are the ones who make you get the money.
I can rank them the worst.
 
I think they have limited staff and like you pointed out they have a lot of new models and customers, so a lot more people to deal with.

I would advise if you have sent an email for help, at least provide a ticket number or your username/email for them to at least be able to search and find it.


(I assume you're not a model or member on CB? Otherwise, you would not be ranking SC support as the worst)

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with our Customer Support.

Please note, the delays and longer wait times is due to the high volume of tickets received due to our site dramatically growing with modes and users.

As you can see, we are constantly updating our site from the feedback we receive from our models/users because we want the site to reflect the needs of the people who use it the most - which like you said are our models who do in fact bring in business!

Please understand that due to the constant new features we are releasing, this means a lot more inquiries from models and users hence, longer queues.

I assure you that we are doing our best to minimize the delays in responding to all our models and we thank you in advance for your patience, understanding and cooperation.
