Well, for me, flirting is actually the most fun, because it is usually between 2 people who know they are attracted to each other, and are partly teasing, and partly testing the water before taking the next step. The talk is in my experience much more subtly suggestive than overt, and I really like that. There's also a lot of anticipation and excitement about where things might lead. Looking for cues such as eye contact, hair play etc is a lot of fun and helps with growing tension.
That said, in the past I occasionally flirted with someone whom I found very attractive (a work colleague scenario) and was fairly sure felt the same way, but neither would ever have crossed the line and gone any further. So it was a different kind of fun, just enjoying a mutual attraction without expectation of it progressing. I fully realise that these days, that behaviour could be seen as sexual harassment.
Sexy talk for me is once you know you're past the point of wondering, and you can start to build excitement and anticipation of what lies ahead. It may be across a distance, for example when on business away from a partner, or on the phone on the way home, or together in the moment. Helps get in the mood.
Dirty talk, well I've never been too comfortable in that area, guess it depends on the partner and how much they like and respond to it though. I've never been a fan of the sort of dialog that most seem to think of as dirty talk, like the script of a mainstream porn movie. So I guess that makes me cringe. Maybe it's my Brit ancestry showing though?
