I am writing to formally appeal the ban on my personal Chaturbate account, veyelle. Chaturbate technical support isn't responding to me, that's why I ask you for help .The stated reason for the ban was that another person was streaming from my account. However, I believe this decision may have been made in error, and I respectfully request a thorough manual review.

This account belongs exclusively to me, and I take its security and compliance with Chaturbate’s rules seriously. I am not aware of any unauthorized broadcasts or any other person streaming from my account.

I would appreciate it if you could review the relevant login records, session activity, and broadcast history to determine what led to this decision.

Additionally, could you please provide the exact date and time of the alleged violation, along with any available evidence supporting the ban? If possible, I would be grateful if you could provide a screenshot or other relevant documentation showing the activity that resulted in my account being suspended.


Having these details would help me understand the situation and properly address any potential misunderstanding.


I respectfully ask you to reconsider the ban and reinstate my account if the review confirms that the suspension was issued in error.

I am following up on my previous email regarding the suspension of my account, veyelle, as I have not yet received a response.

I suspect the incident on October 16 may have happened because I accidentally left the wrong profile selected in OBS. The person who may have appeared on the stream could be a broadcaster named Kitty_dora. Could you please check if this is the individual you identified?

I also have long, light-colored hair and was wearing a pink-and-black top. Could you please confirm the approximate time of the incident?

I would also like to ask:

1. Is it possible to restore my broadcasting privileges, and what steps should I take?
2. Will I receive my pending payout scheduled for October 22 despite the suspension?
3. Could you enable the Early Payout option on my account?
