I'm curious on the technical aspect of making multistreaming work. I'm a tech Neanderthal and felt like I needed to be a full-scale developer just to connect my Lush to Chaturbate. If you asked me to repeat the steps again or explain how I got it to work, I couldn't tell you.

Are there any models here who are also technologically challenged but multistream? Or do you really need to be decently well-versed to pull it off?

I'm not necessarily asking for tips or for someone to tell me how to do it; I'm more interested in just a conversation about the tech aspect of camming. I'd love to hear about equipment challenges, camera setups, learning curves, and just hearing how y'all beautiful ladies made such complicated stuff (to me, anyway) work for you.

I watched youtube videos made by twitch streamers about how to run OBS and I downloaded the lovense browser. I'm not usually technologically challenged but OBS was a bit of a struggle at first.

OBS is a whole other ballgame!!!
But it's really, really useful.

There are support pages on CB as well. What I had a massive problem with was setting up my Brio. Turns out I needed three times the amount of light I had going on to make it stop trying to "fix" things for me.

Coming from a tech background, this is a really common pain point across any live streaming setup — not just camming. The latency stacking across multiple platforms is the real killer. Have you tried OBS with the multiple RTMP outputs plugin? It's not perfect but it removes the need for paid restreaming services for basic setups.

The Speech Translator extension that cbhours mentioned actually works surprisingly well once you get it going. The latency is around 2-3 seconds which isn't bad for live streaming. Another option worth checking is using Whisper-based
local transcription — runs on your GPU so the delay is minimal. You pipe it into OBS as a text source. Takes some setup but the accuracy is way better than browser-based solutions.

I think for gaming multisteram is much easier since OBS or XSplit will have plugins for the chats so you can keep track, right now i don't know about cam websies and if yyou are able to keep eye on your chat, and i think keeping yee on your chat as a cam streamer is important for the tokens and stuff

The chat pluggins last time I looked (which was a while ago to be fair) only support youtube, twitch, kick etc none of the cam sites provide an api to allow for this kind of development neatly like the sfw streaming platforms do.

ShineBrowser has been my goto since it released though, does pretty much the same thing of arrogated chat (for some sites not all) + includes a re-stream service (you publish the stream to them and they re-publish it to all your sites, so lower system load for you)
