My account with the above username was banned with all the tokens that were already converted to cash,will I be able to receive my payment??

My account with the above username was banned immediately the support team had asked me to submit age verification for the payee with the initials CA...I did that but my account was banned,what violation did I commit, kindly assist me on these issue,thanks
