Two step verification and support.

It's been a week now since I have been logged out of my account because the two step verification isn't working and I have still not heard from support. It's never taken this long for them to reply before.
Is there anyway I can bypass it or take it off?.
I don't really want to open a new account and lose my followers. @punker barbie
