I'm trying to crack a problem on how to legitimize camwork for Ukrainian independent camgirls.

The problem is that pornographic production and broadcasting within Ukraine is illegal. What this really means is that organized crime of some sort actually runs all those studios that come from Ukraine, taking hefty cuts and also paying off the authorities to protect themselves. Coercion of independent models and legal issues is not uncommon and means it is difficult and risky to be an independent cam model within Ukraine.

The easiest way would be to get a residency visa somewhere else where it is legal and move. But without any declarable income to start with, no plans to study, or plan to work elsewhere it is pretty difficult to get that type of visa.

The other option is to use Ukrainians rights to visa free travel in a number of neighbouring areas (90 days in 180 a year in Schengen , Croatia, Cyprus all separately), and do a digital nomad thing continually traveling ever 3 months or so, and as they get more legitimate cash and income apply for and use some of the longer digital nomad visa programs for 12 months at a time. But the trick is how to realise the camming income so it is legal while keeping it out of Ukraine tax and therefore legal system? My thoughts are they setup a company somewhere else (EU say), and have all income payments go there, then pay themselves a wage and/or dividends directly into a personal account and get tax on that wage.

As far as I can make out. 1. If it doesn't happen in Ukraine, and no Ukraine registered company was part of it then it is legal. 2. Having a company registered in a country where pornography is legal is a simple way to legitimise (and yes get taxed on) the income without yet having to be resident, which then in time open up possibilities of getting a permanent residency visa outside ukraine and even things like home ownership.

Any advice, validation of what I propose, or otherways to do this would be very welcome.

First question. is that u max?

Well not ukraine but the impression I got from russian independent models is that their is little fear of police knocking on independent models doors. No more than say them knocking for downloading Hollywood movies illegally. Although I know a couple that did have them knock on their door during the studio police raids earlier in the year. But again they're still broadcasting and not in jail.

Who ever max is, it isn't me :)

The problem isn't so much the police themselves, it's the local thugs coming in to threaten her if she doesn't pay them protection money. Basically the same people that have studios and can pay off the police are also likely to threaten to turn in independents to the same corrupt police they pay off unless they come under their studio umbrella.
