Hello @punker barbie my username on CB is margolane and I have been getting an error when attempting to cash out my tokens
"Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues." i had an issue with my account with an age verification expiring for another performer and was suspended. I resubmitted and they reinstated my account but since this happened I am unable to cash out my tokens. (since i believe feb 24th) sent a ticket last week and have politely asked for an update but have not hear back about my issue. I did get an email yesterday asking about how my experience with my request went for ticket #25306562 but they never responded to the orginal support request. I did reply back stating this but still haven't heard back. the oringal ticket for the suspension is Request #25262992. I am getting really anxious and worried cause I do need to pay bills and havent had access to this income in a while, thank you for any help you can provide
