on my account "nipaddict" I can't send tips to the broadcaster and always get the message ""Unable to send tip. Please contact support.""
When I chat with broadcasters I can see my message in chat but it never gets sent. When I refresh the page it disappears. So I was wondering why no one is answering me.
I didn't get a notification that I'm banned or anything.
I know @punker barbie was able to help with these issues but i'm very confused why the site doesn't work. Already used the "Help Center Support Form" but only got an automated email so far, that it's better to use this form instead the "support@chaturbate.com".
It really makes me uncertain and wondering if I can trust the site with putting money there to buy tokens.
