Thank you again for reactivating my account (Temotana2). I noticed that my tokens are still present, but I cannot send any tips — I get the message “Unable to send tip. Please contact support”.
I’m no longer requesting a refund. I would just like to be able to use the tokens I already have. Could you please check if there’s still a restriction on my account and remove it?

That's the email I sent to support 10 days ago and I still haven't received an answer or solutions. Please help me. They banned my account, and after waiting 1 month for support to respond to me, I was able to recover it but I can't use tokens. Thank you very much!
