Did you get one like this automated answer when you contacted support?

Also read this post just to be sure.

If you did get it, then support will eventually answer you. Hope they answer you soon, but try to be patient as they can take several days to do so.

By the way, support won't see anything that you say in this forum, only what you say on your direct communications with them. Wish you luck.

I actually hope she's lamenting she can't transfer tokens to cash and the language is a barrier. But there are different restrictions for different things.
