I was wondering if you could help me. A few weeks ago I got a message saying I am unable to tip, and should contact customer support. I did immediately and they responded telling me the issue was with the other person who was with me—while they had a profile, Chaturbate couldn't confirm their identity. They said once he uploaded his driver's license, Support would be able to assist me further.
He submitted his driver's license that night, and I followed up with support telling them he had done so… but I haven't heard anything back since. I know they get a lot of inquiries, but I was hoping you'd be able to help move my ticket along.
