UNABLE TO TIP/PAY OUT MY TOKENS IN CHATURBATE

Good day @punker barbie and @AmberCutie ,I hope you are doing well. I am writing with a humble heart to ask for your help regarding a problem with my account.My username is yella_xx69, and at the moment I am unable to tip my tokens to my boss. I already tried contacting Chaturbate Support, and they advised me to add my personal payment information to my account. Unfortunately, I still do not have my own payment method yet, which is why I am unable to complete this step.I sincerely ask for your kind understanding and assistance. If possible, could you please review or verify my account again so I can send my tokens to my boss and cash out my tokens?I truly need these tokens because I am planning to use them to help pay for my graduation fees. I am a graduating college student next month, and this means so much to me. I have been working very hard, and these earnings are very important for me to continue and finish my studies.I am hoping for your kindness and consideration regarding my situation. hello @punker barbie and @AmberCutie thankyou for the reply of my concern and i appreciate the help you did but early this morning i was trying to tip my tokens to my boss and still i can't tip my tokens to him. please help me @punker barbie and @AmberCutie because i really need my tokens for me to pay my graduation fee tomorrow so that my name will be in graduating students candidate and able to graduate next month. thankyou so much

Hi, from what I read--especially from what your friend posted about you--support already told you that the only way to solve your problem is to provide a payment method at your name. I would think you asked them about cashing your tokens through a third party since they answered you abou that.

Hope you are ok but with the limited information it is hard to say. Something feels a bit off. Seems that you are registered as an independent broadcaster so there should be no "boss" to transfer tokens to begin with.

Consider that support already provided you with an answer to your question: you cannot cash out through your "boss" or any other third party. This will not change just because you ask again or some emergency or deadline presents for you. They gave you a reasonable alternative which is providing them with a personal payment method.

I do not really know your situation but certainly hope you are safe and sound. Not being able to provide a payment method could be a red flag on itself for the platform. Take the next with a grain of salt but if you are ok then it may not be in your best interest to double down and keep asking about giving tokens to your "boss". Hope that for some reason it is just a lengthy process for you to get hold of a payment method. It is unfortunate as you will not be able to cash out that account until you do.

Hi, thank you for your message. I understand what you’re saying.


I was previously an independent broadcaster, and before, the way I could cash out my tokens was by tipping them to my boss. He would then cash them out using his account and give me the money from my tokens.


However, my main concern now is that I can’t tip my tokens anymore—not only to my boss’s account, but also to my friend’s account. That’s why I’m confused and asking for help to @punker barbie and @AmberCutie

You really have to shake yourself up a bit. Your ability to tip has been suspended because they don't want you cashing out through your friend, "boss" or anybody else than yourself. It's reasonable for them to think you'd do that since you've stated you've done it before and have the intent to do so again. It worked before because they were not aware it was happening--now they are and they informed you (and enforced) that you won't be allowed to do that. You'll have your ability to tip restored when you provide them with a personal payment method, but if you try to cash out like that again you would most likely end in the same position if not banned.

I really think it is on your best interest to stop pursuing to cash out in any other way than they've told you to and stop looking for further clarification that you most probably won't be getting from them anyway and canalize your efforts into get on hold of a payment method. In the end it doesn't really matter why you can't tip, even if in some way they've already told you why, but that there's a solution. So apply the solution.
