Unban a model in Stripchat?

I'm a model on stripchat and a viewer accidentally banned me and now wants to unban me.

He said he contacted support but I think he is just too embarrassed to contact them.

He is not very computer savvy so can anyone provide step by step instructions to unban a Stripchat model?
