Upload Profile Pic every day

Is there a glitch or broken site? Every day the last 4 days I been asked to upload a new profile pic before I can Broadcast. I upload the exact same pic every day and start streaming. Is this something I have to do every day forever? Non Nude Fully Dressed Pic of just my face. With NO Filters.

I've been reading that they're having to really crack down on what's shown in avatars with recent law changes (in order to still display our avatars to guests, which is beneficial to us for traffic purposes). I would try using something different and see if that stops the repeat requests for a new upload.

Would you mind sharing the image you've been using so we can understand how drastic the limits may be? (or you can DM it to me here if you don't want it public, to help me understand at least.)

Also when the stream starts and is announced on X it’s using the old photo which is ZERO nudity ans well. every single profile pic I have ever used since day one has never had any nudity in any way.
