Hello. I need help from a moderator.
I am registering as a webcam model for the first time and just submitted my documents for verification. I received this response:
“We can’t verify your documents. All further applications from this person will be rejected.”
Support claimed that I previously uploaded documents with different information. Then they replied that the Moderation Team has already double-checked and the decision is final.
This is absolutely not correct, because I have NEVER submitted any documents before and have never worked as a model on this platform. It looks like a mistake or confusion in your system.
I respectfully ask for a real investigation of my case, not a repeated automated reply. I want to verify my identity properly and start working on your platform.
