Verification issue.

Hi everyone.

My username on chaturbate is: andreathai


I done the profile verification less than one month ago and it was accepted. I start to broadcast few weeks and it was very hard for me to understand how it work and setting up my webcam earn some followers and appear on the first page.


But yesterday my profile says that i don't accept tokens and i need to do the verification again. I done some news clear photo of my passport and selfie holding my passport and i submited my document again and got a reply with this message "you submitted ID for was already approved on this account"

I am litle bit lost can you help me please ? My document are already approved but i need to verify my account again ?

Just checked and https://chaturbate.com/andreathai/ is not only open but you can log in and broadcast whenever you are ready. Not sure what the issue is for that you are finding, however please email Support@Chaturbate.com if it may be related to a lost password or other log-in need. Thank you!
